Ewiz : MMUH mmgt has destroyed any " possible value" solely for the purpose of enriching their own pockets.

And CLDR , Lovatt other company will follow sadly the same path. IMHO

What to do ?

You can file On Line with the SEC a complaint as well as with FINRA and Pink Sheets compliance

You can also instruct your attorney, if you have lost money, to write to the company, if you believe you have been defrauded.

Otherwise warn others on iHub.
