Thanks for the info. I have an idea now of what may be happening - I do not like it, but you are right that it may not be a insideous as I first thought.
I still do not think this stock is worth owning with all their delays on such VERY CRITICAL issues. If the comapny cared just a little about their shareholders, they would make damn sure those financial statemtns were out before the end of Feb., and they still just sit on their hands. They act like they are unaware that this has definite impact on the survival - THAT attitude is most what causes me to think it is all just another scam.
I hate these penny and sub penny stocks!!!!!! Wal Street is crooked enough, and then they have to get even worse with their deceptions with this subset of stocks of which 99% are TOTAL scams.
