Maybe TU and ASCC are sold to reduce the OS thus giving VCTY a solid balance sheet and pps boost? Canadian Co is acquired on an all cash basis to hold the shell for Hydro? Canadian co is then sold leaving Hydro as the sole entity? Sure why not :)

I am averaged in at .0025 with 2 million shares. Heck at this point buy up a lemonade stand, get current with all of the filings, with a decent share structure we would probably be making profits.
