Surely people will not pay for their own names that are already stored in their friends and families address books.

Where's the proof? Have you done a case study?

Couldn't determine the problem.

Did a Focus Group with 180 High school kids to try a find a "problem" so I could do a Case Study. The kids could not come up with a "problem". No problem, no Case Study.
