It's amazing how penny stock CEO's seem obilvious to the importance of doing what they have to do in a timely fashion. Clearly they don't pay any attention to what this does to their stock.

Can you imagine going to work and repeatedly missing deadlines and having your boss say "It's O.K. Billy,get it done when you can, now go take an extra long lunch"?

For what it's worth, I'll call and e-mail him today and ask if he gives a rats azz about his shareholders.
