Well- I thought I was done. But Maplescott, who is a very meticulous and insightful investor, has seen some of this material and has pointed out some very important details on one of the later pages of the CPQ which I didn't post. It is that when defining the scope of the project, Northern Dynasty appears to include or consider it to be much bigger than the purchased land. It's hard to define exactly where, but referring to the numbers in section 4 under Project Location and Land Ownership, it seems to include much more than the purchased land. Again, implications for their intention to proceed with the JV. Follows are 2 additional pages of the CPQ, enabled by the new technology I learned today.
