so saying something is worth 5 cents as that is all someone is willing to pay is not a correct definition of value? If someone valued it at 10 cents they would buy at 4.5, 5, 6, 7 ,8 or 9 cents. But you are right it is nothing set in stone as on paper this company is worth less than nothing.
