only thing commons will be happy about is the doors staying open and hopefully slower dilution. when the volume dries up from no dilution this thing is not gonna be pretty. I have said all along SS is key here, sooner it gets fixed the better off everyone is. Cant do that until you reach sustainability. Right Jim is going thru over 100k/mnth and I dont see Lecere having that in revenue for a while. Some will say expenses will get less as we go but my response is how? the software is already done, theres your biggest expense (or should be). Looks to me like Lecere will be spending 100k/mnth or more from here in out. Jim aint reducing his salary, I can guarentee you that. My issue with him all along is that he is not efficient enough with our money and his sentiment and comportment toward common shareholders are below par. not to mention recklessly diluting the sh*t out it.
