$3.48? That's all? Sterling valuing your stock at $3.48 per share is like a famished glutton telling you that the stew you made was "not too bad." Geez, he priced CMKX at five times that, and CMKX consisted of a fat dope playing the slots as they issued 700 billion shares.

Sterling could take a zilch of nothing in the vacuum of nada and price it at $20 per square squat. $3.48? Yow.
