Would it be advisable tomorrow for someone on the board to contact Chuck (IR) and directly ask him about the website/Fusion GOL? Seems like that would be a good road to go down. I know Chuck isn't fully in the know, but better than making assumptions either way. If its something along the lines of "pirating" the website, they need to know anyway.
