(FYI) No - it is NOT public news and it was NOT meant to be public news but all that you have had to do to receive it was to simply go onto the SPKL web-site and sign up to receive all of the latest news and reports and articles about how and what the company is presently doing. This is a great feature on the newly redesigned web-site that the new C.E.O. started up and I can only assume (hope) that you had enough sense to have already done this so I really don't know why you didn't receive the news. Oh well - don't worry about it. Just chock it up to me pumping SPKL some more.
