Uplisting 101..

If to NASDAQ, the minimum PPS is $4.00

If to AMEX, the min PPS is $3.00

If to OTCBB, the min PPS is $?? (I could'nt find any thing on OTCBB).

However, I did read that some companies will do a reverse-split to get uplisted on NASDAQ/AMEX which is not to be confused with the bad reverse-split to be "relisted" after their PPS drops below the minimum listing PPS.
