You should also have read in the report from the company that the SEC has an open investigation just in case there is any hint of fraud. Thus, the management has every reason in the world to be very cautious and honest in lieu of the BRE-X scandal.
Just because BRE-X management made false claims doesn't mean DGRI can't possibly have the greatest gold find in history. Sometimes good things happen.
