A friend of mine subscribes to Titanstocks.com newsletters. He posted, in a chat room, some of their disclaimer which reads as follows (the newsletter's date is yesterday, 11/12):

Please be advised that Titanstocks.com has been paid $500,000 USD by Aspen Holdings Corp. to perform promotional and advertising services for a one week profile of Mercer Gold Corp. (OTCBB:MRGP) which services include the issuance of this release and the other opinions that we release concerning MRGP.

I do not subscribe to Titanstocks.com but I see no reason to doubt the person who posted this. If anyone who is a Titanstocks.com subscriber and who is reading this could confirm the disclaimer, this would add credibility.
