Okay this question asked many times but I want to raise it again.

There is a deadline of ownership pn Ps as Oct 18th (or something like that) so that one can vote on the POR.

Now, do you guys have any idea if one buys Ps after Oct 18th (or whatever that deadline was) might have the rights to the future settlement amount (if there will be any)?
