since the CEO didnt address the O/S in that email, i think worst case is he lumps it in a news sandwich. for example .... we are excited to anounce our findings from drilling they are XXXXXXX, the company did have to add X amount of shares inorder to accomplish this . We now are in the position to begin a JV with company Y. This is all hypothetical. No one has proof of any dilution
