why would they do that they have over a million in other stocks , before they woudl have to do anythin to this stock

As part of the Shamika transaction, Dutch Gold holds 4,950,000 shares of Shamika Resources (ticker: AGDI), which as of November 11, 2010 had a share price of $0.25 for a total market value of Dutch Gold's holdings of $1,237,500
