also The Company is evaluating consultants to facilitate the process of testing, drilling and developing the Basin Gulch property. Subject to funding, the Company expects to file for a preliminary permit for the above-mentioned activities prior to December 31, 2010. We expect to begin testing and drilling during the fourth quarter of 2010.
