BEHL is being "Acquired" by BNPD, you can debate all day long which assets or how the company failed in releasing a PR stating all assets, but in the end “ASSETS ARE BEING EXCHANGED” therefore any questions pertaining to such an exchange of ASSETS from BEHL are by far within the window of the acquisition.
