What are you talking about? Turrini all but had the ink on the page for the Acadia deal that would have fronted 5 million in cash to the company just for the Privledge of litigating this thing.

What kind of powerhouse law firm that you know of is willing to cough up 5 million in advance just for the exclusive rights to litigate a patent?

Turrini had that in the bag and Daic messed it up. Turrini also has brought T-mobile to the table before and if it wasn't for Daic's torterous interferance, we'd probably be the qualcomm by now.

The folks who are currently in leadership on the BOD are there because they beleive in this company, they are capable, they pay the bills out of their own pockets and they act in the share holders absolute best interest. If we were to put BOD nominations to vote, I'd vote the current team into office with no question.
