To me on time shows the company is for real

I guess we use different measures to determine if a company is for real because I don't question a companies legitmancy based on if filings are on time. I use many factors. Sure, filing on-time will require them to be on-time when they are a reporting company but until then I will be happy to seem them when they are done.

if you cant report on time you cant move to a different exchange

I'm gonna guess they will be on-time when and if they move to a different exchange. For me, i'm not gonna worry about any of this at the moment. Let's get the plan moving forward first and then I'm sure that everything else will fall in place.

If things don't work out like I think then I'll re-evaluate the situation but I'm gonna let DA do his thing because I really think he's on to something big and I think we'll hear about it soon then later.
