when crompton merged with glcc to form chemtura, glcc shares were 28$ p share, crompton was about 14 $p share , we got two shares of cem for every share of glcc. Robert Woods took us down to 8$,then way south to BK from there. Typically crompton ran between 8$-10$ pps, so I look for a down ward trend unless rogerson can pull a rabbit out of his hat.
