It's insulting to be continuously told that the lawyer is being extra careful. This is practically a form letter. They just fill in the blanks where UWRL's name applies.

The rest of the info pinksheets needs has been submitted. I was personally told by two people at pinksheets that the ONLY thing they need to remove the CE is this stupid attorney's letter.

There is only one reason I can think of as to why they are waiting. That would be, if for some reason the name of a merger candidate changes, it "might" require a new attorney's letter. But that is just a guess, I don't know that to be a fact. Even if that is the case, SO WHAT, give them another one. Case closed.

If there is some other reason why they are waiting, we should be told about it. To keep hearing from Michael to be patient, and that the lawyer is being REALLY careful is an insult to everyone's intelligence here.
