Been following this stock for 2 years now...they pay for everything by issuing common shares which in turn get sold in the open market. It would be different if they were restricted but they aren't and has caused this stock to be where they are today. Even with news of mass production it will be hard for this to go anywhere- unless of course they were to buy back a ton of stocks on the open market. Considering they have never cared how they are effecting the PPS- And how much they pay themselves yearly- not gonna happen. All IMO of course. I don't even think the spin off will help the PPS much.
