Agreed. If he resigned and buried Biospec Global,and all of the other BS the stock might have a chance, depending of course on the credibity of and relationship he has with his replacement. Somebody at arms length needs to go in, clean house, and hold current directors responsible for their actions.

Important to note again,that financials which were, according to Garth, complate last summer, and sent for approval, still have not been provided. Think about it. If the financials demonstrated anything positive at all, to dispell negativity,they would have been provided by now,if for no other reason than to saves their behinds. Then possibly the situation with the stock would be quite different right now.

IMO, the heavy dilution and lack of substance and accountability on every front speaks volumes!
