That was prior to the Forward Split and is baked-in and, No, it won't lead to a lot of dilution but rather shows the faith in this venture and gave them the funds to acquire these righteous tracts.
They should have gotten the Five for One shares that all of us did. That will end up being the best deal struck by a penny stock this decade, IMO.
