Yes, you are correct. I always assumed it was this and so am not bothered by it, but I can see how it can shift your views if you expected all acquisitions income to be going to SDVI as well. In the end, it just puts more value in conversion to Graff than retention of SDVI shares. Either way, the cheapest way to own Graff will be through SDVI conversion it seems.
