1. It is a given that many posters on our various boards think EDIG and Gateway are a match made in heaven.
2. Our website is indeed powered by Gateway - I'm not sure that means more than it says on the face of it.
3. There was a post on Agora which seemed legitimate and well-intended, but was 3rd hand information (a guy told a guy who told a guy) that stated we were getting in bed together.
It seems like this is still speculative at best to me, yet a lot of very credible posters seem to be assuming it is indeed coming to pass. Have I missed more definitive information somewhere; is it so obvious to others but I am just too dense to get it; does someone have some other relationship facts of which I am not aware?
I am just wondering why we seem to have embraced this as reality before the fact? Don't get me wrong. I applaud it if it is real. I think it is a great opportunity for both companies. Computer stores, airplanes, automobiles, handhelds, websites, etc, etc. - sounds good. Just wondering what the true objective take on this is. TIA.
