I have a brother and 2 cousins that have been life long stock brokers plus a roommate from my UGA days that bundles certian stocks for Golman Sach to sell to banks that all have said the same thing. Unless you have your shares on the tape as the BID or ASK for sale they are all up for use to short.

And pinks/OTC they don't even need shares to sale, they just make em up out of Vapor, LOL

I wish shorting was illegal unbless we vare allowed our shares to be shorted and they pay us for our use. It a free ride on shareholders. My soap box! I hate shorting.

I'm all for it, but they are using my property to make money and I damn well deserve some compensation when they cover!
