If they'd said they'd applied for FDA approval via an NDA, I'd have understood what they were talking about, but "an FDA Label application" simply makes no sense.
Nor is it conceivable that HZHI would have the cash to make the payments necessary to submit the several NDAs it seems to be implying they have submitted.
Additionally it's also clear for anyone with any rudimentary knowledge of regulatory requirements that FDA would never grant any of these three indications that these guys pretend they have applied for.
Something is rotten here, just as it is with Spencer Pharmaceuticals (SPPH).
