Since so much time has passed, I e/mailed Jeff B. to inquire if he had any updates on the PI happenings - he did. Looks like it's happening "SOOOOOOON"! :)))

.."This deal with Steve and Mike, unlike all the others I worked for free to get done over the past 5 yrs,will NOT be coming back to me despite what certain people want others to believe. PI is done with the consolidated fin's which are a whole lot of zero's from Coastal's perspective. The company will have no debt going forward via the conversion of debt to equity when they file with pinksheets. It is my understanding that there will be a name/cusip change from Coastal to PI. I expect that PI will end the silence shortly...The rest of the gibberish coming from a cpl of jealous fools is just that, gibberish".
