On the company Info page in pinksheets It will say audited. But if you look into the actual 10-Q or 10-K reports, It will be unaudited.

For EG: DKAM is trading OTCQB stock exchange. If you see thier last 10-Q, It says DRINKS AMERICAS HOLDINGS, LTD., AND AFFILIATES
CONSOLIDATED STATEMENTS OF OPERATIONS (Unaudited).

FYI, I have seen some Nasdaq Stocks 10-Q's which are unaudited. LOL.
