That's how I read it too. I went back to my trader mentality, and your signature made me take heed to this.

There has been no official filing on this, so I have since sold and will wait til an official filing is made. I contacted my broker, and they said they have made no filing on this yet.

Watching this trickle down everyday is how I got in trouble in the first place when I was a new trader.

I just don't like how there is no clear answer on the date. Some say you have to buy before, some say you can still buy. This back and forth banter about the date is ridiculous. I'll wait.
