WE are in this mess because of the 2008 agreement. It was signed by the BOD and DD.WHO IN THE WORLD WAS ON THE bod? How could such a one sided document be drafted?Aren"t BOD members voted on by shareholders? We haven"t had a shareholders meeting in years!Was that BOD legal? Who signed that paper? Who was running the company at that time? Is collusion involved? SO many questions.How can a person sue us for a half billion dollars,for a non proveable phone call? And if he loses we still owe him a 100million bucks. THIS IS INSANE....
