Okay so here is my question, so what if the judge is in his pocket? Isn't this a jury trial? If so, the judge becomes a moderator and has no say on how they rule! Since, it is a jury trial, the judge doesn't even set the damages, the jury does. (at least in a civil trial) Am I incorrect in this?
