Okay, lets take a look at the PR again:

"In addition SDVI will receive a 10% royalty on video games sales from Graffiti and there will be a stock swap of 30% of SDVI in exchange for 3,000,000 shares of Graffiti as part of the deal. The SDVI shares will be restricted and can't be traded for a period 1 year. "

It says that the 30% of SDVI shares (about 400M) that were given to Graffiti are restricted for a period of 1 year. This is not the same as our dividend of free Graffiti shares. This has nothing to do with our shares in SDVI, as they are not in the 30% being given to Graffiti. The restricted reference is only to the 30% that was swapped. Stop trying to make a controversy where none exists.

If I were shorting this, I'd be scared right now too.
