With your deep involvement and even deeper understanding
of the Express bit rates, it will take
"never" to get any PCI-Express product to the market.
Too bad. Without Intel it will be hard for other folks to pull
out the project of this scale alone. With your help Elmel,
the PCI-Epless can die before being born: the competition
(AMD HyperTransport) at least is sampling some silcon, while
you are still testing it at 250 MHz while it runs at 1250.
Maybe it is why all your tests failed?
I wonder where did you loose the whole 1000MHz...You must
forget to switch from earlier 3GIO environment. Ask some
junior designer to help you set up some test variables...
