IS anyone aware of the success rate of appeals?
I haven't seen any evidence of a firm winning in the appeal process in recent years, is anyone else aware of the success rate. I was trying to get in touch with the consulting firm, but I would imagine its less than 25% (max). Just curious why the stock price is hovering around where it was before it got DENIED? Doesn't seem like a company losing money on its other business groups and a rejected new product should have a $67 million market cap. What am I missing? I may look to get back in if there is something to be hopeful about.
