As they announced they are going to begin buying their common stock back from the public in the open market. The CEO, Roxanna Weber stated, "The stock in eMax Worldwide is trading way below its average book value. At these traded prices the company believes they should buy as many shares as possible up to the point of the book value price per share.

The buyback is going to begin on Monday per Roxie... They are just waiting on funds to clear at the brokerage firm they will be using.
