I have a big problem with the poor timing of the offering.

With the endometrial results, and The Harv pumping them on the last conference call as something to the effect of those results being similar to what he expects in the SUCCEED trial due to the design of the trial etc etc., instead of jamming 16 million shares (which I believe must have been a very hard sell considering the over-allotment didnt happen) the very same day as the endometrial results, The Harv could have let those results ride, and pump that news (like he just loves to do) and then jam an offering down our throats (after the stock had run another 20%.

The 3.70 offering price was dung.
