Looks like paid PR people are contending against each other to sell into the empty professionally promoted attempted rally attempt. It's failing folks. They do this in order to dispose their shares on a stock like emxc with low dollar volume.
My calculations show the float increased by 10% in just the last month or so!!!! Dilution has its cost, you are seeing it here and now!
But wait... remember... they are supposedly "buying back" shares! lol
