What's not funny was the $572,000.00 941 tax lien filed against DPDW, yesterday.
I like to read your board since I'm from the Channelview area. The word on the (local) street was they had a "large layoff" a couple of months ago, so they could post a profit.
I have a very small business and even I know that the one payment you ALWAYS make on time is your 941 payment.
If they are not paying the IRS, then you know they are still late paying their vendors (review last quarters P&L, A/P, A/R and change in their cash position).
Glad I'm just watching this one.
