Thanks JA. Yes 1.6 Billion shares for the future R/M's.

I see some positives from the filing you have posted

1. We are very very close to see the Initial disclosure and Attorney Letter in pinksheets.com and CE removed.

2. Even with the Increase in A/S, the par value is still at 0.001.
For many Penny Stocks Par value will be 0.0001.

3. I don't see any reason why they would not file the documents to CE removal now. They have done everything they want to do R/M.

4. IMO ENC would have demanded for atleast 500 million shares for R/S. So in order to do other pending mergers (welcomeplace and main china merger) they have to increase the A/S now.

As Mimurray says Expect something big on Friday.
