Why bother?

Tell us why. Better yet, tell me why the updated website has appeared? Why go through that trouble because if it is like you say, the last priority would be to update anything. Why bother?

You don't think he's done selling shares do you?

How is he going to continue to sell shares if he doesn't update his website once in a while. People complain about him not telling his existing shareholders anything but they fail to grasp the concept that he already has just about all the money they are willing to give him, he doesn't have any motive to tell them anything.

On the other hand there is an endless supply of new and willing 'future' victims out there ripe for the plucking. As soon as he has his website in order and his next gambit defined, he will generate a fresh new supply of shares (either a restructure or a RS) and move on to the next batch of recipients.

Clearly the tactic works as evidence by all of the people that are currently snapping up shares with no apparent value whatsoever, merely on the observation that a ten dollar website has been updated.

Watch the master at work. He has done this so many times (read his rap sheet) and gotten away with it so many times that it is a wonder to behold. LOL
