Exwannabe, what are your thoughts on the SUCCEED trial, and Ariad meeting the endpoints?

I'm thinking somewhat better than 50% on hitting the PFS endpoint, but obviously that is more a guess than anything else. Alas this is one of those type questions that likely never gets a right/wrong near/not near answer even when the data is reported.

Certainties do not exist in this game.

I am not clear how a substantial (i.e., more than expected) mucositis issue would hurt the drug from a commercial view. I really do not expect other AEs of note, but one never knows.
