Harv's enthusiasm and $1.25 will get you a cup of coffee in the morning.

He was optimistic that the interim would hit for an early stop, and that was far less likely.

I do agree with you on the concept of ARIA being a better investment post SUCCEED (though I assume one would be ready to up the stake in case of a SUCCEED failure).
