Yeah,, thats been a pain.. 1st guy came out this morning, said the line (pair) back to the switch (slick, fiber optic hub) had noise on it. at the demark (box on side of house) was getting errors left and right, (this guy was the dsl computer geek) all my inside wiring was perfect. This guy does not deal with the plant (lines outside) so he sent a service requsts for a line tech to come out and said they would be here before 5, well I had to leave but, the wife was here, so this guy shows up and fiddles with everything and says he can not find any problems. so I am not much farther along. But he did leave his card with his cell number, so when it goes out in the morning I will call him and raise hell.. I know what the problem is, it is the pair going back to the slick has way too much noise on it. I will win this game as I do know what I am talking about..
