Surf Kid: OK, I found the document(s). They are buried in a non-highlighted link and quite escapes detection. The Colorado SOS website is not what you would call "user friendly" and certainly implies on its activity page that HKBV is still dissolved effective 31 May 2005. In any case, I withdraw the former assertion of Hat Trick Beverage, Inc. as a currently dissolved corporation. Thank you for bringing this to the attention of the board.
