i've googled 4421 Edward Avenue, and it doesn't look like a run down house to me or does it appear to be in a bad part of town. it has 2 white ford vehicles, the house is a vivid blue second floor with red brick walls on the first floor.

perimeter fence is same blue as second floor of house and has a nice yard.
