I've not yet seen the Northland Securities' analyst's note, but Ping Luo at Global Hunter has a low Q4 EPS because she mistakenly has added the 7M earn-out shares as part of the f.d. share-count for Q4 2010. I've written Tim Arthurs at GH about this, and Jacky Lam this morning confirmed in an email that those earn-out shares won't begin to be added into EPS calculations until Q2 or Q3 of 2011.

We know that revenues will be up for Q4 b/c of revenues from the newer shuttle buses at the two additional airports signed on in Q3 that either did not contribute any revenues or contributed only a small sum to Q3 numbers.

So i can't see any significant expenses that would lower net income for Q4 (i was pleased to see that they've already ramped up their sales force in Q3 and are paying the higher consequent overhead costs, so this won't be an additional major expense for Q4).
